DELIVERY TERMS
We aim to dispatch your orders within 2–3 business days so that they reach you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through the email address and/or phone number provided while placing the order.
Delivery Time for Domestic Orders
In general, orders within India are delivered within 7–12 days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, accessibility of the address, seasonal demand, courier service conditions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Time for International Orders
International orders generally take 10–15 days for delivery, depending on the destination country, accessibility of the location, customs procedures, and the courier service.

Change of Delivery Address / Contact Details

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address or contact information may not be possible.
Expedite / Urgent Delivery Requests

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed and may depend on product availability, location, and courier service.
Delivery Time Exceeded
We make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines.
However, deliveries are handled by third-party logistics and courier partners. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, transportation issues, incorrect or inaccessible addresses, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
While we will assist in coordinating with the courier wherever possible, AR Enterprise / SnugChief cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Orders

Prepaid Orders: Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A delivery charge of INR 180 will apply to COD orders.
International Orders
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Any applicable shipping charges must be paid at the time of placing the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information on our website.
However, in rare circumstances, there may be a discrepa
